For booking and extra information: info@lilavinyasa.com ** Pre requisite – 2 years of vinyasa yoga practice About Carolyn Anne Budgell: This strange journey of breath, movement and laughter captured me in 1999 as a ski bum in Whistler. I began teaching in 2008. Yoga not only provides me with agility for snowboarding, skateboarding and trail running, but I am constantly humbled by the shifts in everyday life while crawling closer to a connectedness with others. I love to: feel breath, play the upside-down game and get into a deep quad stretch. I love to travel around the world and learn from masters in the traditions of Forrest and Jivamukti yoga. I appreciate the simplicity of detaching from the stories, the thoughts and the lessons, with a quiet stroll and some rich espresso. In my class you may: sweat, cry, laugh, sway your booty and have a good breathe. My intention as a guide is to offer little insights towards breath and love. The rest is up to you to experiment, heal and remember that everything is okay. “Practice practice practice and all is coming.” Many thanks to my teachers: Ana Forrest, Christine Price Clark, Clara Roberts-Oss (mentor), BKS Iyengar and Caroline Myss. |
